By downloading or using Lumin, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Lumin you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

Lumin is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, except where these terms say otherwise.

Lumin Pro

Lumin is free to download. Lumin Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, sold and managed by Apple.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
• Restore Purchases is available in the app’s settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s own policy. We cannot issue them directly.

Using the app

Use Lumin only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to violate any law or to infringe the rights of others, and you may not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Your content

What you write in Lumin is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, sync it to your devices, and show it back to you. You can export or delete it at any time from Profile, then Privacy.

The AI study companion

Lumin’s AI provides historical and literary context for Scripture. It is a study aid, and it can be wrong. It does not pray on your behalf and does not tell you what God is saying to you. Do not treat its output as spiritual direction, and do not submit sensitive personal information to it.

Its content and AI features are for educational and devotional purposes only, and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters. Lumin is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may modify these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
